Refund policy

We accept returns within 7 calendar days of the delivery date. Products must be unused,
in their original condition, and with all original packaging and accessories included.
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Products with IMEI registered to a customer
- Software-locked or custom-configured devices
- Devices showing physical damage or signs of use
The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee unless the product was defective or
incorrect.
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt and inspection of the returned
product.
